Sexual energy can nourish our dance in a very specific way. In this workshop I will introduce energetic breathing and reaching a climax through practicing the “big draw.”
Belly breathing and its observation are the basis for all meditations, dances, and movements. I find a very deep connection to my dance partner by concentrating on his or her breathing, which leads us into a shared dance experience with and in one another. There are impulses that lead us deeper into each other opening inner spaces, and those that move us outwardly expanding into the space.
We will discover subtle ways of exchanging energy via distance to one another, touching the aura of the other, and direct body to body contact.
Our dances, encounters, and touches develop within a meditation. CI gets spiritual!

Sexuelle Energie kann in diesem Workshop in einer bestimmten Form den Tanz nähren.
Erfahren werden wir zunächst energetisierenden Atem und die Praxis/Technik des Big Draw als Klimax.
Die Bauchatmung und ihre Beobachtung werden nun zentral sein; Meditation, Tanz und Bewegung setzen bei ihr an. Zu meinem/r TanzpartnerIn entsteht eine tiefe Verbindung, wenn ich mich auf meinen sowie seinen/ihren Atem konzentriere und davon ausgehend ein Ineinander, ein gemeinsamer Tanz gefunden wird. Es gibt Impulse, die uns tiefer ineinander führen und Räume nach innen eröffnen und solche, die uns raumgreifend nach außen gehen lassen.
Wir finden subtile Formen des energetischen Austausches via körperliche Distanz, via Aura-Berührung sowie durch direktes Körper an Körper.
Unsere Tänze, unsere Begegnungen, Berührungen entstehen innerhalb einer Meditation; sie sind Teil einer spirituellen Praxis
